His devotion and commitment to customer service and responsiveness to detail with each placement led to his achievement as one of the top staffing professionals in the country as well as being the recipient of numerous awards. An example of his talent and business acumen is reflected in the fact that at one company, he created a division, which was able to generate over $22M in sales in just two years. He thus brings an enormous degree of expertise, relevant to specific outreach efforts and strategies regarding the search and hiring process

Dr. James Gozzo has a PhD in Immunology and held various academic positions including Research Associate at Harvard Medical School, the E.W. Black Professorship at Northeastern University, Dean of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Northeastern University and President of Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. During his time at Harvard Medical School and Northeastern University, he received over 5M in research grants and contracts and published over 200 scientific papers on Cancer Diagnosis and Immune Tolerance. As an administrator, he had responsibility for numerous programs and led a number of successful and key initiatives. For example, at Northeastern, he facilitated a series of complex health care program mergers and at Albany, he led a significant campus expansion. He now serves as President of KYMO Group. His varied experiences, in successfully recruiting and hiring numerous individuals at faculty, scientific, staff and administrative levels, offers him a unique perspective and deep understanding when facilitating hires for others through KYMO Group.
